Queen Jane Music Studios, LLC, is not liable for any damage to items brought into or left on the premises.

Queen Jane Music Studios, LLC, is not responsible for file loss/damage. It is the responsibility of the Client to backup files. If you have an external hard drive/flash drive bring it with you to your session. Queen Jane Music Studios, LLC, is not responsible for storing data during or after your project or session.

Deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Deposit is put toward session fee. Payment in full is due at the end of the session.

All files will be retained with Queen Jane Music Studios, LLC, until Full Payment is made.
 
Extra time needed for Stems/Backups/File-Transfers billed at hourly rate or as part of half/full day session.

Guest engineers are responsible for meeting with our staff prior to booked session.
