• Queen Jane Music Studios, LLC, is not responsible for file loss/damage. It is the responsibility of the Client to backup files. If you have an external hard drive/flash drive bring it with you to your session. Queen Jane Music Studios, LLC, is not responsible for storing data during or after your project or session.

• Deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Deposit is put toward session fee. Payment in full is due at the end of the session.

• All files will be retained with Queen Jane Music Studios, LLC, until Full Payment is made.
 

• Extra time needed for Stems/Backups/File-Transfers billed at hourly rate or as part of half/full day session.

• Guest engineers are responsible for meeting with our staff prior to booked session.
